- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked, conditioned or parboiled rice
- 1/2 c. seeded and chopped bell pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Method
- Brown beef and drain.
- Add all other ingredients except sour cream.
- Simmer 10 or 15 minutes.
- Add sour cream; heat but do not boil.
- Serve with chips.
