Ingredients
- 6 Asparagus
- 1 Chicken thighs
- 1 Katakuriko
- 10 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Vegetable oil
Method
- [Preparation] Cut the chicken and asparagus into bite-size pieces.
- Add the chicken and the katakuriko into a plastic bag, and shake.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken, and stir-fry until golden brown.
- When cooked, transfer to a plate and drain the oil.
- Wipe the remaining oil from the pan.
- Add the butter and asparagus.
- When the asparagus is cooked through, add the chicken from Step 2.
- Drizzle with the mixture, and it's done.
