Ingredients

  • 6 Asparagus
  • 1 Chicken thighs
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Method

  • [Preparation] Cut the chicken and asparagus into bite-size pieces.
  • Add the chicken and the katakuriko into a plastic bag, and shake.
  • Combine the ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken, and stir-fry until golden brown.
  • When cooked, transfer to a plate and drain the oil.
  • Wipe the remaining oil from the pan.
  • Add the butter and asparagus.
  • When the asparagus is cooked through, add the chicken from Step 2.
  • Drizzle with the mixture, and it's done.
