Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 6 whole cloves
- 4 tsp. jasmine tea
- cardamom (optional)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 c. milk
- honey
Method
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Add tea and steep for a few minutes.
- Add milk.
- Bring to boil again.
- Remove from heat. Strain into tea pot.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and a bit of honey.
