Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. block cream cheese
Method
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle in the one cup of coconut, then the one cup of pecans.
- Mix the box of cake mix as directed and pour over the nuts and coconut.
- In microwave or on the stove, melt until softened, confectioners sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
- Spread this over the cake batter; stir a little.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
