Ingredients

  • 12 slices square bread, crusts trimmed
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 6 slices ham
  • 1 c. ground cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard

Method

  • Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  • Put 6 slices of bread in bottom.
  • Top slice of bread with a slice of cheese, ham and another slice of bread.
  • Mix eggs, milk and mustard (blender) and pour over sandwiches in pan.
  • Refrigerate overnight and 1/2 hour before baking, sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
