Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pint good quality chicken stock or 1 pint vegetable stock
  • 1 can tinned chopped tomato
  • little harissa or chopped chili (according to taste)
  • black pepper
  • garlic
  • herbs

Method

  • lay the chicken breasts in an oven dish.
  • Make up the stock powder.
  • Add the stock and tomatoes to the chicken breasts and the seasonings.
  • bake until cooked.
  • 200oc/400oF serve with anything that mops up the gravy Cous Cous, megadara or mash potato.
