Ingredients
- 4 lb. pork spareribs
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. hoisin sauce
Method
- Cut ribs into portions.
- Precook, covered in water, for 1 hour or until tender.
- Using tongs, remove ribs to a platter.
- If grilling, put on grill.
- Barbecue ribs 20 minutes turning often and brushing with sauce during last 10 minutes to prevent charring.
