Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak, trimmed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. beef broth
Method
- Pound steak to tenderize.
- Cut into serving-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dust with flour.
- Combine milk and egg.
- Dip meat into egg mixture and back into flour.
- In a skillet, brown meat on both sides in oil.
