Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. rice
- 1 qt. milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cook rice in milk in double boiler until tender.
- Put in casserole.
- Add 4 small or 3 large eggs (beaten slightly), sugar, salt and vanilla.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake in pan of water one hour at 350° or until custard is set.
