Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Beat egg white and water until fluffy.
- Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.
- Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
- Add nuts; coat thoroughly.
- Place on buttered pan.
- Bake at 225° for 1 hour.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
