- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- Brown sausage and ground meat; add onion at the last so it just wilts.
- Add cheese and soup; stir until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat to serve hot.
