Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 8 canned unsweetened peach halves
- 1 c. juice (from the peaches)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
Method
- Combine the vinegar, the juice from the peaches, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
- Boil until reduced by about half.
- Remove the spices.
- Stick the cloves into the peach halves and pour the syrup over peaches.
- Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
