Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked, chopped and deboned
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked down
- 1 lb. cocktail sausages, cooked
- 2 c. raw rice
- 4 c. water or broth (chicken)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 packets Sazon Goya (available at Winn Dixie)
- 8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. oil
