Ingredients
- 2 c. rhubarb
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. oatmeal
Method
- Cut up rhubarb; put on bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Mix the 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour; sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
