Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown the sausage and drain well.
- Cube bread slices and place in bottom of ovenproof pan.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over bread cubes.
- Spread sausage over top of eggs and then top with cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight and bake next morning in 325° oven for 1 hour.
