Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips
Method
- Put Rice Krispies in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Boil sugar, Karo and butter together for 1 minute. Take off stove and add the peanut butter. Pour over the Rice Krispies and stir.
- Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and press down.
- Melt together in a double boiler the chips, stirring occasionally, being careful not to splash with water.
- Spread melted chips over the Rice Krispies in the pan.
- Cool completely, but cut before it hardens.
