Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips

Method

  • Put Rice Krispies in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Boil sugar, Karo and butter together for 1 minute. Take off stove and add the peanut butter. Pour over the Rice Krispies and stir.
  • Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and press down.
  • Melt together in a double boiler the chips, stirring occasionally, being careful not to splash with water.
  • Spread melted chips over the Rice Krispies in the pan.
  • Cool completely, but cut before it hardens.
