Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut up in fourths
  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. soft butter

Method

  • Have chicken cooked.
  • Cook broccoli until almost tender. Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish.
  • Place chicken on top.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken and sprinkle with butter and bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
