Ingredients
- 3 lb. spareribs, cut in 2-inch pieces across the bone
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 10 Tbsp. water
Method
- Place all ingredients in a large skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
