Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 3/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook and debone chicken. Melt cheese, set aside. Combine soups, water, Rotel tomatoes, and chicken; bring to a boil; remove from heat. Layer chips, cheese and chicken mixture in a large baking dish. Top with cheese; bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
