Ingredients
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt chocolate.
- Add sugar.
- Mix. Add 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Mix. Beat egg yolks into other 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Add to chocolate mixture and let cook for a few minutes over low heat. Add butter and vanilla.
- Serve warm over ice cream, cream puffs, etc.
