Ingredients
- 1 can tamales
- 1 can chili (without beans)
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 small pkg. Fritos, crushed but not too much
Method
- Split tamales and lay in bottom of baking dish.
- Save some of the cheese (or add a bit more) for top of mixture.
- I alternate the Fritos too and put quite a few on top.
- Bake for full hour, oven temperatures vary.
