Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. All-Bran or granola cereal or rolled oats
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. honey (or less)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
- Set
- 1/2
- cup cereal aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Spread
- into
- greased
- 11
- x 7-inch baking dish.
- Crush reserved cereal and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool a few minutes and cut into squares.
