Ingredients

  • 6 whole Roma Or Plum Tomoatoes
  • 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella
  • 8 leaves Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Chop tomatoes into bite size pieces. Put in serving bowl.
  • Cube the fresh mozzarella ball and add the cheese cubes to serving bowl.
  • Take basil leaves and chiffonade or ribbon them. Sprinkle over tomatoes and mozzarella.
  • Add balsamic vinegar. Depending on how juicy your tomatoes are will depend on how much vinegar you add. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Stir together and serve.
