- 6 whole Roma Or Plum Tomoatoes
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella
- 8 leaves Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Chop tomatoes into bite size pieces. Put in serving bowl.
- Cube the fresh mozzarella ball and add the cheese cubes to serving bowl.
- Take basil leaves and chiffonade or ribbon them. Sprinkle over tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Add balsamic vinegar. Depending on how juicy your tomatoes are will depend on how much vinegar you add. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Stir together and serve.
