Ingredients
- 1 c. spaghetti (uncooked), broken into pieces, cooked and cooled
- 2 scallions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 c. milk
Method
- Mix cooked spaghetti, scallions, cabbage, salt and green pepper.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and milk for the dressing; pour on top.
- Stir together.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
- Yields 4 servings.
