Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef, cooked and well drained
- 8 oz. angel hair pasta
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 5 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 large jar chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Cook beef and drain well.
- Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Mix together ground beef, pasta, 1 cup cheese sauce, salt and pepper.
- Grease large glass 13 x 9-inch dish.
- Put mixture in dish.
- Add 1 cup cheese on top and lay pepperoni around the top to cover.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
