Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 sticks Butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • 1 Banana, Mashed
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl cream together the egg, butter, vanilla and two sugars. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add mashed banana, oats and mini chocolate chips. Mix well, making sure there are no lumps. The dough may seem a bit dry, but just keep mixing!
  • Form small balls of dough and place on a non-stick cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12-13 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
