Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 1/4 c. milk or whipping cream
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
- 4 oz. ham, cut in 1/4-inch wide strips
Method
- About 30 minutes before serving, prepare spinach as label directs; drain.
- Prepare spaghetti in saucepan; boil and drain. Cut oleo into small pieces; add spinach, milk, Ricotta cheese, basil and walnuts.
- Over medium heat, heat until mixture is hot, tossing gently to mix well.
- Stir in ham and heat through.
- Serve immediately.
