Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. milk or whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 4 oz. ham, cut in 1/4-inch wide strips

Method

  • About 30 minutes before serving, prepare spinach as label directs; drain.
  • Prepare spaghetti in saucepan; boil and drain. Cut oleo into small pieces; add spinach, milk, Ricotta cheese, basil and walnuts.
  • Over medium heat, heat until mixture is hot, tossing gently to mix well.
  • Stir in ham and heat through.
  • Serve immediately.
