Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE(R) Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) package DOLE Classic Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat southwest ranch or spicy ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh DOLE Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Corn chips (optional)

Method

  • Combine pineapple chunks and coleslaw in large bowl.
  • Stir together salad dressing, cilantro, cumin, salt and garlic. Pour over salad; toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle corn chips on top, if desired.
