Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE(R) Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) package DOLE Classic Coleslaw
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat southwest ranch or spicy ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh DOLE Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Corn chips (optional)
Method
- Combine pineapple chunks and coleslaw in large bowl.
- Stir together salad dressing, cilantro, cumin, salt and garlic. Pour over salad; toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle corn chips on top, if desired.
