- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
- 8-inch crumb crust
- cherry or peach pie filling
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar; blend well.
- Add cocoa; blend well.
- Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Add whipping cream; blend well.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Chill several hours. Garnish with pie filling.
