Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 bag Success rice
Method
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper.
- Drain off grease and return to skillet.
- Add whole tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Stir until it is well blended.
- Reduce heat to simmer and cover.
- Simmer for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cook rice as directed on box.
- Serve hash over rice when it is done.
