Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 tsp. soft butter
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 3 tsp. cider vinegar
- 3 c. flour
Method
- Combine eggs, butter, milk and vinegar.
- Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out very thin on floured surface.
- Let stand until dough is no longer sticky, but not brittle.
- Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick, Spread out and allow to dry, about 2 hours.
