Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar together until smooth.
- Add eggs; beat well.
- Add remaining ingredients; beat well.
- Pour into well-greased tube pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted into cake will come out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan, then invert on wire rack to cool.
