Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek or plain, unsweetened yogurt
- Approximately 1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped into 1/2 inch chunks (smaller if desired)
- 1 tbs dried mint leaves (more or less to taste)
- 1/3 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with warm pita, tortilla chips or over toast.
