- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 c. natural chunky peanut butter
- 1 scant c. white sugar
- 1 loose c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Ghirardelli chocolate chips
- 2 beaten eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Sift dry ingredients and stir in.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheets. Press down with fork in checkerboard design.
- Bake 10 to 11 minutes until golden brown. May be doubled. Makes 5 dozen.
