Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 stalk Fresh Chives, Chopped Finely
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add avocado flesh and use a fork mash it up.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring after adding each ingredient.
- Combine well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- We love this cold dip with fresh cut veggies (celery sticks, carrots, radishes) or even toasted bread sticks.
