Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 stalk Fresh Chives, Chopped Finely

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, add avocado flesh and use a fork mash it up.
  • Add remaining ingredients, stirring after adding each ingredient.
  • Combine well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • We love this cold dip with fresh cut veggies (celery sticks, carrots, radishes) or even toasted bread sticks.
