Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Hashbrowns
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Method

  • Set aside 1/4 cup butter and cornflakes. Melt 1/2 cup butter, place into a lg mixing bowl with all other ingredients, mix well. Place mixture into a 9x13in baking dish. Take remaining butter melt it, then add crushed corn flakes, mix. Add to top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or until golden brown and bubbly.
