Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3 to 4 c. chicken broth
Method
- Boil chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Melt butter and add flour until pasty. Add milk and broth. Cook over medium heat until mixed well.
- Add chicken and serve over rice.
