- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 14 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
- 14 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
Method
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT milk in pot.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in milk and heat through.
- Serve with crushed tortilla chips and pepper jack cheese on top.
