Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 14 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
  • 14 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Method

  • Place all ingredients EXCEPT milk in pot.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes.
  • Stir in milk and heat through.
  • Serve with crushed tortilla chips and pepper jack cheese on top.
