Ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Cake:
- Bake butter cake as directed on box in two 8-inch cake pans.
- Let cool completely.
- Slice each layer making a 4-layer cake.
