Ingredients
- 3 c. mashed, fresh peaches
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Pour lemon juice over peaches.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar.
- Blend in milk, vanilla and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat cream to soft stage.
- Add milk mixture to cream and add 2 or 3 drops of food coloring.
- Add peaches.
