- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 cans green chiles
- 12 to 14 corn tortillas
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Cook, cool, skin and debone chicken.
- Cut or shred into small pieces.
- Saute onion, pepper and celery.
- Heat soup.
- Add sour cream and chopped chiles to soup.
- Add all ingredients thus far together.
- Mix to blend well.
