Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 1 pkg. Kraft Italian spaghetti dinner
- 1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 c. water
Method
- Remove casing from sausage.
- In Dutch oven brown sausage; drain.
- Add the herb-spice mix, vegetables, tomato paste and water; bring to a boil.
- Break the spaghetti into thirds; add to hot mixture.
- Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle servings with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
