Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. heavy cream (half and half)
Method
- Bake potatoes.
- Cool and then spoon out centers.
- Crumble into big chunks.
- Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in 9-inch pie pan.
- Pour cream over and allow to sit 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top, then bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
