Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- shortening (for frying)
Method
- Beat eggs and milk together. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix. Roll out 1/8-inch thick on a lightly floured board. Cut into small squares. Deep fat fry at 380° until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Yields 6 servings.
