Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Grease 2 popover pans.
- Each pan holds six 5-ounce cups.
- In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy.
- Beat in milk and butter.
- At low speed, beat flour and salt into egg, milk and butter mixture.
- Fill cups until half filled.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 375°.
- Make slit in each popover to let steam out. Bake 5 minutes more.
- Remove popovers from pans immediately.
