Ingredients
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, at room temp
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup white sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pudding mix
- 2 eggs, at room temp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars, then add the pudding and mix until well blended, add the eggs and vanilla and mix.
- mix in the flour.
- Add the chocolate chips and nuts and stir until well distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto a ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just browned.
