Ingredients
- 1 large angel food cake
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
- 3 pkg. Dream Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 can coconut
Method
- Remove all brown from cake.
- Pinch cake into tiny pieces.
- Set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water.
- Add 1 cup boiling water, pineapple juice and pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate until mixture is partly congealed.
- Whip 2 packages of Dream Whip according to directions.
- Fold in gelatin mixture.
