  • 32 None Oreo cookies
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 32 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 None eggs
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 22 None fun size Snickers bars, 12 roughly chopped
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 10 inch springform pan.
  • For the crust, finely chop Oreos in a food processor. Add butter and pulse to combine. Transfer to prepared pan and press firmly into base and sides to form a lip around the edge about 1/3 inch deep. Bake for 5 mins then remove from oven.
  • Reduce heat to 300°F. To make the filling, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs and mix until combined. Fold in cornstarch until combined. Fold in chopped Snickers. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 15 mins. Turn off oven and let cake cool in oven with door ajar for about 1 hour. Remove cake from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
  • To make the chocolate sauce, heat remaining cream. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Let cool. Roughly chop remaining Snickers. Pour sauce over cake so that it runs over the sides. Decorate with chopped Snickers. Chill for 1 hour.
