Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 4 oz. sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 8 oz. smoked ham, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet.
  • Add garlic and snap peas and saute, stirring over high heat until peas are slightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add ham and heat through.
  • Remove from heat and discard garlic. Add cooked pasta to skillet.
  • Stir in thyme and mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 2.
