Ingredients
- 6 oz. pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 4 oz. sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 8 oz. smoked ham, cubed
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet.
- Add garlic and snap peas and saute, stirring over high heat until peas are slightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add ham and heat through.
- Remove from heat and discard garlic. Add cooked pasta to skillet.
- Stir in thyme and mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 2.
