Ingredients
- 1 boiled chicken, cut in bits
- 1 c. Minute rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
Method
- Mix ingredients together. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
- Dot top of casserole with 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
